Fundację JiM tworzą ludzie pełni zapału, którzy codziennie realizują misję tworzenia lepszego świata dla osób w spektrum. Wszyscy w Fundacji JiM wiedzą, że bez względu na obejmowane stanowisko i wykonywane zadania, wspólnie pracujemy dla polepszenia sytuacji osób w spektrum, ich rodzin czy opiekunów. Zatrudniamy ponad 150 doświadczonych specjalistów, w tym lekarzy, terapeutów, oligofrenopedagogów, psychologów czy logopedów. Łączy nas pasja do pomagania!

JiM Foundation Board

Tomasz Michalowicz President of JiM Foundation

President and co-founder of the JiM Foundation. Board member of Autism-Europe. He graduated in management from the Technical University of Lodz. He also studied at the School of Business in Chambéry (France). Graduate of the Polish-American Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw.Worked for Gazeta Wyborcza, first as an economic journalist, later also as a social reporter. Interested in sustainable social change, which he has been implementing since the Foundation was established in 2002.

Marcin Krzyzanowski Deputy President of JiM Foundation

Co-founder and deputy chairman of the JiM Foundation. For many years he worked with the disabled as a volunteer and caregiver. He leaves no one without help. He believes that together we can change the world of autistic people for the better.

Foundation Council

Lidia Klichowicz Chairwoman of the Foundation Council. Physician, long-time President of the Lodz Regional Branch of the College of Family Physicians. One of the first family doctors in Poland.

Jadwiga Więcior Member of the Foundation Council. Long-time social activist, mother of disabled Slawek. She raised many generations of volunteers, including those who founded the JiM Foundation.

Andrzej Pietrucha Member of the Foundation Council. Expert, fan and promoter of fundraising as an effective method of raising for NGOs. Organizer of the annual FAOO fundraising conference.

Radoslaw Wisniewski Member of the Council of the Foundation. Entrepreneur and philanthropist. Founder and main shareholder of the listed company Redan S.A. and partner in Real Development Group. Founder of the Happy Kids Foundation, which runs 14 family orphanages.
