INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

  1. Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws of the EU.L.2016.119.1), hereinafter: RODO, we inform you that the Administrator of the personal data of the Intern Candidate is the JiM Foundation, based in Lodz, 105 Tatrzanska Street.

  • Legal basis and purposes of personal data processing.

Your personal data as an Apprentice Candidate is processed by the JiM Foundation for purposes related to your performance of services for the Foundation, in particular to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator as a non-governmental organization, with the legal basis for the processing of personal data being primarily Article 6 (1) (b) and (c). (c), with the Administrator processing the personal data of the Intern Candidate only to the extent and for the purpose of verifying the Intern Candidate in the Sexual Offender Registry necessary for the commencement of the student/student internship at the JiM Foundation and recruitment for student internships at the JiM Foundation, which results from the applicable law, i.e. Article 12 of the Law on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Offenses of May 13, 2016, defining the right to obtain information about a person included in the Sexual Offender Registry.

 

Providing the data is necessary to complete the recruitment process and start a student/student internship at JiM Foundation.

  1. Recipients of personal data.

Know that in connection with the processing of your personal data, recipients of your data may be:

  1. public authorities and public administration bodies under the law,
  2. our contractors as the Administrator in the course of our business, to the extent necessary to ensure proper cooperation, as well as persons implementing access to public information, including by request,
  3. authorized entities providing us as Administrator with IT support or legal services,

 

  1. Period of personal data processing.

We would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed by JiM Foundation for the duration of the student internship contract and after its termination for the period specified in the generally applicable laws.

 

  1. Fulfillment of data subjects' rights.
  2. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right: to access your data and to rectify, erase or restrict processing in the cases specified in Article 18 of the DPA.
  3. Please be advised that in connection with the executed contract, your personal data will not be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) RODO, so you will not have the right to object under Article 21 RODO.
  4. Since the primary legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, and the processing is not carried out entirely by automated means, you will not have the right to data portability under Article 20 of the RODO.
  5. In the processing of your personal data, there is no purely automated decision-making or profiling as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO. This means that no decisions regarding you as an Apprentice will be made solely automatically and that no profiles of you are built.
  6. If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Data Protection Authority. Please be informed that the right to lodge a complaint applies only to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data.

 

  • The processing of your personal data as an Intern/Practitioner Candidate is necessary for the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract and is mandatory under the provisions of the law defining the obligations of the Administrator related to the conclusion of student internship contracts, without the processing of this personal data it would not be possible to conclude the contract and perform services for us under the provisions of the Law on Public Benefit Activity and Volunteerism.

 

 

 

I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application provided on my initiative in terms of receiving information about the activities of the JiM Foundation and job offers published by the JiM Foundation for a period of up to two years. The administrator of the personal data (JiM Foundation) will process the data for the purpose of contact and promotion.

I have been informed that I can withdraw this consent at any time. My withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of my consent before its withdrawal.
