INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data
with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, OJ EU.L.2016.119.1), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of the personal data processed under the Partner Program is the JiM Foundation, based in Lodz, 105 Tatrzanska Street.
2. For all data protection issues, he/she can contact
   with our Data Protection Officer at the following email address: iod@jim.org.
3. Your personal data including information necessary to complete the registration form will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO,
   the separately expressed voluntary consent given in the registration process by accepting the Program Regulations.
4. The Foundation processes your personal data as a User in accordance with the law, Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO).
5. The Foundation processes your personal data only to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Partner Program, the assumptions of which, including the obligations of the JiM Foundation (Organizer) and you (Partner) are set out in the Program Regulations.
6. Your personal data as a Program Partner will be processed by the JiM Foundation in accordance with the terms of the Program Regulations and for the purposes specified therein,
   including by sending messages electronically, to the indicated meil address.
7. The recipients of your personal data will be authorized employees/co-workers of the Administrator, providers of technical and organizational services.
8. Your personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or international organization.
9. Your personal data as a Partner of the Program will be kept until you resign from participation in the Program or the Organizer withdraws its consent to cooperate with the Partner, and in connection with data archiving for the time necessary to document the settlements made.
10. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance of the
    lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority-President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the Administrator's processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
12. Your provision of data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to complete the process of establishing cooperation with JiM Foundation .
13. No automated decisions (decisions without human involvement) will be made in relation to you, including your data will not be subject to profiling as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO. This means that no decisions regarding you as a User will be made solely automatically and that no profiles of you are built.
