6 years of consistent change and taming the environment. Today we finally adopt the name JiM Foundation as the only official one. And we write down - in black and white - who and what we are for.

The world is changing. No one remembers long names. People associate those organizations that are able to tell them their story within seconds. We came to this conclusion six years ago, when we first used the abbreviation JiM. Shortly thereafter, it was registered as an abbreviated name of the Foundation. And then it began.

JiM Kindergarten. JiM School. JiM Clinic. JiM crew. JiM's volunteer workforce. And even ... the JiM Band (Foundation parents know what this is about).

Changes in an organization as large as ours must be well thought out. Years of strenuous work and taming the environment with the name JiM. Clarifying the mission.

As of today, the name "JiM Foundation" is the only official one. But this is not the end of the story. We also decided to write down who and what we are for.

We are here to create a better world for people with autism.

To surround their parents and guardians with care.

We include autistic people in the decision-making process that affects them.

We are changing the world to ensure that people with autism have the highest quality of life from the moment of diagnosis, through childhood, education, to a happy adulthood and a secure old age.

All these changes, along with the official name "JiM," are from now on in the Foundation's registration documents.

So that every person with autism in Poland can say.

I am happy. Because I am JiM.
