JiM Foundation is creating a better world for autistic people. A world where people can realize their potential. The Foundation is one of the largest NGOs in Poland. It conducts many projects, including at the European level. The Foundation runs its own diagnostic and educational facilities. It has a budget of PLN 25 million of its own and employs more than 130 people. It has diversified sources of funding.

Place of work: Łódź
Main tasks:
  • Conducting remedial activities with students in accordance with the educational profile and standards of the JiM School
  • Assessing the level of functioning of students based on available tools, determining the sphere of immediate development
  • Development and implementation of therapeutic programs, working tools for wards, taking into account the recommendations of other specialists and comments of teachers
  • Cooperation with parents of wards, introducing them to the child's therapeutic process
  • Collaborate with JiM Clinic therapists and teachers to continue the therapeutic process of the wards
  • Development of Individual Therapeutic Programs for students
  • Keeping records of the student's remedial and therapeutic process in accordance with the law and the JiM School's current standard
  • Conducting care activities with entrusted students
  • Creation of necessary internal and external documents
Our requirements:
  • Higher education in psychology
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools for assessing a child's functioning and the ability to tailor them to meet the therapy needs of children and adolescents
  • Openness to acquiring knowledge and continuous development
  • Ability to work in process with an eye toward achieving goals
  • A mindset of looking for new ideas - going beyond routine and patterns of operation
  • Ability to plan own work
  • Ability to work in a team and create a cooperative atmosphere
Requirements welcomed:
  • Familiarity with the tools necessary for assessing a child's functioning and the ability to use them (VBMapp, TTAP) is welcome;
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating therapeutic programs
  • Experience working with children and young adults with autism and disabilities in both individual and group work
