TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

JiM Foundation is creating a better world for autistic people. A world where people can realize their potential. The Foundation is one of the largest NGOs in Poland. It conducts many projects, including at the European level. The Foundation runs its own diagnostic and educational facilities. It has a budget of PLN 25 million of its own and employs more than 130 people. It has diversified sources of funding.

Place of work: Łódź

Main tasks:

Ongoing inspection of the technical condition of the building
Ensure proper operation of all equipment
Organize and directly supervise maintenance, repair and disaster recovery work
Organize inspections in accordance with legal regulations (e.g., construction, fire safety)
Handling the property in terms of utility supply
Ongoing supervision of waste management
Monitoring of implemented services in the field of investments, renovations, security and order maintenance
Implementation of purchases of equipment, consumables
Ongoing control over the equipment of the Foundation's premises
Day-to-day supervision of the Foundation's outdoor area
Cooperation with an external company on health and safety matters
Participation in the preparation of renovation and investment plans

Our requirements:

Experience working in a similar position
Up-to-date knowledge of regulations related to the assigned area
Experience in coordinating the work of teams providing construction and installation services
Minimum secondary education with a technical profile
Strong orientation towards the achievement of the set goals
Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Proactive, conscientious and reliable in performing tasks
Knowledge of MS Office
SEP E - G1 license is welcome.
Experience in preparing renovation and investment plans and in launching new investments is welcome
