Rules of the art competition for the 2020 JiM calendar

§1

1. Organizer of the contest "Autism. My World" (hereinafter: the Contest") is the JiM Foundation based in Lodz, 105 Tatrzańska Street,93-279 Lodz, hereinafter referred to as "The organizer of".
2. The contest is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The purpose of the Competition is to select works for the 2020 JiM Calendar.
4. The contest runs from November 5, 2019 to November 12, 2019.

§2

1. The Contest is open to persons with autism who are members of the JiM Club or children of JiM Club members. Participation of minors or persons without full legal capacity requires the consent of the legal representative/legal guardian of that person.
2. Participation in the Contest is completely voluntary and free of charge.
3. The conditions for participation in the Contest are:

1. 1. Taking by the Participant a photo of artwork made using any technique on the theme "Autism. My World" and titled it.
   2. Application by Participant/legal representative or legal guardian Participant Photo of the artwork to participate in the Contest by sending it to the email address Organizer klub@jim.org no later than November 12, 2019.
   3. Familiarization with the rules of the art contest.

4. Submission of a contest entry implies acceptance of the rules of the Art Contest set forth in these Regulations.
5. The artwork must not: contain vulgarities, offensive or illegal content, violate the rights of third parties, including, in particular: personal rights and copyrights and the right to protect the image.

Each of the Participants has the right to submit any number of photos of artwork to the Contest.

§3

1. From among the photos of artworks submitted to the Contest, a 3-person contest committee appointed by the Organizer will make a selection of the best photos - a maximum of 13, which - as part of the Prize - will be published in the JiM Calendar for 2020, after signing by the Participant/legal representative or legal guardian Participant z Organizer license agreement.
2. Only photos of artworks meeting the requirements specified in the Regulations, submitted To the Organizer in accordance with the terms of the Regulations.
3. The competition committee makes decisions by majority vote. In the event of a tie, the vote of the chairman of the competition committee shall be decisive. Decisions of the competition committee are final and cannot be appealed.
4. Decisions on the selection of the competition-winning works to be published in the JiM Calendar will be communicated only to the Winners.
5. The JiM calendar with the works of the Winners will be published on the fb page of the JiM Foundation in December 2019.

§4

1. Personal data Participants The personal data of the Competition Participants and legal representatives/guardians of the Competition Participants will be processed by the Organizer. Organizerthe Organizer, being at the same time their administrator, for the purposes related to the realization of the Contest.
2. By entering the competition, the participant/legal representative/legal guardian of the participant consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Competition.
3. Personal data Participants will be processed to the extent and for the purposes necessary to carry out the Contest, and in particular to communicate with the Participants.
4. Processing of personal data Participants shall be carried out in accordance with the Act of August 27, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (unified text, Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). A person providing personal data has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request its correction, supplementation, as well as to stop its processing or its deletion, in accordance with the Act.
5. The administrator of the personal data of the Contest participants is Organizer. The personal data administrator - Organizer entrusts the processing of personal data in the execution of the Competition to the Coordinator.

§5

During the Contest, the content of the Contest Regulations will be available for review at the headquarters Organizer and on the website.
