JiM Foundation is creating a better world for autistic people. A world where people can realize their potential. The Foundation is one of the largest NGOs in Poland. It conducts many projects, including at the European level. The Foundation runs its own diagnostic and educational facilities. It has a budget of PLN 25 million of its own and employs more than 130 people. It has diversified sources of funding.

Place of work: Łódź
Main tasks:
Serving patients, providing information about the scope of the Foundation's activities and services provided at the JiM Clinic
Making appointments for patients for consultations, therapy classes, diagnostic tests
Operation of the mMedica program, mainly in the following areas: enrolling patients for appointments, updating staff schedules, entering medical services performed
Cooperation with doctors and therapists in the organization of diagnosis and therapy
Prepare medical records for appointments and for release to the patient
Our requirements:
Experience working as a medical registrar
Ability to use mMedica software
Computer skills, MS Word, Excel
Empathy and an attitude of independent problem solving
Ability to work in a team and create a cooperative atmosphere
Systematicity and ability to organize own work
Ability to work with a goal in mind
