You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request its deletion, as well as the right to restrict processing, to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if your data is processed in violation of legal requirements.

The data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract concluded with the Administrator and making the necessary settlements in connection with its conclusion (when necessary), as well as for the purpose of carrying out our statutory activities . If you give your voluntary consent, your data will also be processed for marketing purposes consisting in providing you with information about products sold by the Administrator, promotions, price lists and other promotional information and events by means of messages sent to your e-mail address or telephone number and during telephone conversations with you.

Data may be processed in a fully automated manner, including profiling.

Provision of data is voluntary, but the consequence of failure to do so will be the inability to conclude a contract.

The legal basis for processing to the extent necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO). The basis for data processing is also Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the Administrator's legitimate interest in providing necessary settlements in connection with the concluded agreement. If you agree to receive marketing communications also to your e-mail address and telephone number, the legal basis will also be Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Act of 16.07.2004. To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the revocation.

The recipients of your personal data will be only authorized employees of the JiMi Foundation, authorized persons cooperating with the Foundation, as well as entities acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Foundation, i.e. external entities providing and supporting ICT systems (general ICT infrastructure, e-mail, IT systems), payment operators (entities providing online payment systems) or entities implementing marketing campaigns. Recipients of the data may also be persons visiting and using the websites operated by the Foundation.

The Administrator may transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries (among others: such providers of essential IT services as: Microsoft, Google)

Personal data will generally be processed for a period of time until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims and obligations under the contract concluded with the Administrator.

You have two types of rights to object to the processing of personal data if the controller processes your personal data:

1. on the basis of legitimate interests, then you may object for reasons related to your particular situation;
2. for the purposes of www.jim.org, printed materials prepared by the JiM Foundation, JiM Foundation newsletters, and in social media on JiM Foundation profiles, i.e. on the Foundation's Facebook fanpage, on the Foundation's Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles, then you may object in each case.
