The coronavirus epidemic has kept us at home. We are looking for additional activities to make this difficult time more pleasant. Among them, we also find a place for physical activity, which helps us stay fit under exceptional conditions. And can we combine the useful with the... useful and make an additional benefit of our exercise? Yes! Already on Friday, May 15 from 8:00 to 20:00 via the Gymsteer platform there will be a unique action that will allow training and help for people with autism at the same time. All proceeds from participation in the training on that day will be donated to, among others, the charges of the JiM Foundation on the autism spectrum.

How do I take part in the training?

To join the training conducted online, all you need to do is download the Gymsteer app and then search for "Active for Autism" club. Each workout costs £10, which will be donated to help people on the spectrum. You can purchase a virtual pass for the workout you are interested in earlier than May 15. Trainings are conducted live. Satisfaction from such training is at least double!
