Regulations of the appeal

REGULATIONS FOR SIGNING THE APPEAL

  1. The website is operated by the JiM Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), with its registered seat in Lodz, 105 Tatrzanska Street, registered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions, kept by the District Court for Lodz-Śródmieście in Lodz, XX Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000127075, PLN, NIP: 7282455613.
  2. These regulations are intended to define the rules for signing the appeal using the form available at https://www.jim.org/apel.

  1. The Foundation's website makes it possible to sign an appeal concerning people with disabilities, people on the autism spectrum and their families in Poland, including primarily issues that are the subject of the Foundation's statutory activities.
  2. An appeal is a request or demand made to a public authority or other authorized entities. An appeal may concern, among other things, a change in the law, a decision or other action on a matter concerning the subject of the appeal, collective life or values requiring special protection in the name of the common good.
  3. During the signing of the appeal, the confidentiality and protection of the Users of our website is ensured using the secure HTTPS protocol. For more information, please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy available at https://jim.org/polityka-prywatnosci-i-cookies-apel/.
  4. Signing the appeal does not constitute consent to receive any additional information from the Foundation that will not be related to the appeal. Consent to receive other information from the Foundation must be voluntarily given by selecting the appropriate box provided below the form.
  5. The Foundation is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when signing the appeal.
  1. The Foundation is the administrator of the personal data provided at https://jim.org/apel/ to sign the appeal.
  2. In order to collect signatures for the appeals, we process your personal data such as name, surname, email address.
  3. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator as long as signatures under the appeal are collected, until it is forwarded to the addressee (the Administrator intends to forward the data to the addressees of the appeals, in accordance with the law), in view of the above, the basis for the processing of personal data placed under the appeal will be Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.
  4. The Foundation processes personal data, including through an appeal, in order to increase public awareness and knowledge of the problems of people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. The basis for the processing of personal data is therefore also Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the Foundation's legitimate interest in, among other things, helping people with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum, and especially children and young people with disabilities, their families and relatives.
  5. The provision of personal data when signing the appeal is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of personal data prevents its effective signing.
  6. The person signing the appeal has the right to access the personal data provided, to correct it, to request its deletion, the right to restrict processing, to object to the processing of personal data and the right to data portability. The person signing the appeal also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data is processed in violation of legal requirements.
  7. To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent given, a person has the right to withdraw consent at any time. However, this will not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal. The statement containing the withdrawal of consent should be sent to komunikacja@jim.org.
  8. Recipients of personal data will be third parties providing services to the Foundation on the basis of concluded contracts for entrustment of data processing.
  9. The Foundation shall make the personal data of Users available only to entities authorized under the relevant provisions of commonly applicable law and to authorized bodies.
  1. JiM Foundation has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
