Regulations of the promotion "100 to start for JiM Club".

§1.
GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The www.jim.org website is operated by the JiM Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), based in Lodz, 105 Tatrzanska Street, registered in the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Institutions, kept by the District Court for Lodz-Śródmieście in Lodz, XX Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000127075, PLN, NIP: 7282455613.
2. These terms and conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of the promotion "100zł to start for JiM Club".
3. These Regulations are available at https://jim.org/regulamin09/
4. The promotion applies to the establishment of an individual sub-account in the JiM Sub-accounts service. When creating an account on the site, the user is required to read the terms and conditions of JiM Subaccounts available at: https://jim.org/subkonta-regulamin/
   
5. Creating an account on the JiM Subaccounts service means accepting the JiM Subaccounts terms and conditions.

§2.
RULES OF PROMOTION

1. Each JiM Club member who establishes a JiM Sub-account from 09/09/2020 to 31/12/2020 or the promotional account limit is exhausted will receive PLN 100 for his/her Sub-account, once it is properly activated. The sub-account will be credited only if the user was also a JiM Club member at the time of JiM Sub-account registration.
2. The promotion applies only to users who have not previously registered with JiM Subaccounts.
3. The JiM Subaccount Service is intended for disabled and sick people and parents/legal guardians of disabled and sick children. In order to reimburse expenses, it will be necessary to attach a current disability certificate.
   The maximum age of the beneficiary using the JiM Subaccount service is not specified.
4. In order to fund the sub-account with PLN 100, after properly registering the sub-account, send a message to subkonta@jim.org writing "PLN 100 to start for JiM Club" in the title.
5. In order for the account to be credited, the guardian's or beneficiary's data and email address must match the personal information registered with the JiM Club.
6. The account will be credited with PLN 100 within 14 days of meeting the conditions of the promotion.

§3.
DATA PROCESSING

1. By registering on the Website, the User accepts the Regulations and agrees to the processing of Personal Data by the Foundation, in accordance with the terms of the Regulations and for the purposes specified therein.
2. The Administrator of the Personal Data is the Foundation, which processes Users' personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO). Data processing is also based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator to provide the necessary settlements in connection with the concluded agreement and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws 2019, item 123).
3. The Foundation processes Users' Personal Data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, its amendment or termination, and proper implementation of the Services provided through the Website.
4. The User has the right to inspect the processed Personal Data at any time, as well as the right to correct it and request its deletion or amendment.
5. The User is obliged to update the Personal Data provided in the course of using the Service immediately after any change in such data occurs.
6. If the Foundation has doubts about the truthfulness or timeliness of the Personal Data provided by the User, the Foundation (Administrator) may:
   1. call on the User to immediately remove false Personal Data or update it,
   2. block the User's access to selected Services of the Website,
   3. Block the User Profile until the matter is clarified,
   4. Irretrievably delete the User Profile.
7. In the cases indicated in points 2-4, the Foundation may carry out the aforementioned actions without first calling the User to cease the aforementioned violations. Removal of the User's Profile in the aforementioned manner is equivalent to termination of the Agreement by the Foundation with immediate effect.
   

§4.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. In justified cases, the user may file a complaint and request verification of compliance with the terms of the promotion.
2. e complaint should be reported to: subkonta@jim.org writing "complaint" in the title of the message and providing the reason and detailed information. Each complaint will be considered individually by the JiM Foundation within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

§5.
FINAL PROVISIONS

1. JiM Foundation has the right to change the regulations at any time.
2. Either Party may terminate the Agreement for use of the Service by giving 14 days' notice. Termination of the Agreement in the aforementioned manner requires written form with delivery to the User's address indicated at registration and the address of the Foundation.
3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
4. These regulations shall come into force on 09.09.2020.
